Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any much more. He said he necessary time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a huge amount of cash out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a brand new location to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have yet another woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just right after he had left our client.
We had been able to offer our client with all the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been having an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
