Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any much more. He stated he necessary time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a significant quantity of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he needed to set himself up in a new location to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have yet another woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just right after he had left our client.
We were able to provide our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been having an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
