A manager from a large restaurant in the local region known as in for our services. He had been asked to find out if we could support the owner. It had become clear that a few of the waiting staff exactly where stealing from the Guidelines pot. He explained to us that on some weeks there could be as much as £5000 within the pot on a Saturday night. There were only two techniques that the funds might be stolen from the pot. The Restaurant was very busy and so where the waiters. We had a great meal and showed our appreciation at the end when we gave the waiter a large tip. Right after we left we went back to the office to watch the film footage. It really clearly showed both the head waiter and the Bar man taking funds from the Tip jar and also forgetting to put their suggestions in. Our client was delighted using the CCTV as well as the truth that we caught the head waiter and Barman read handed.
